The following terms of use apply to the use of our website and our web shop (together "website"):

 

  1. Our website is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs, i.e. customers who act within the scope of their commercial or self-employed professional activity. Our website is directed exclusively at users in the contractual territory specified on the start page.
  2. Product information and offers published on the website are not binding. They do not constitute guarantees, nor do they commit to the conclusion of a contract. Such information is only an invitation for offers by the user.
  3. We reserve all rights to the content of our website (e.g. images, trademarks). You may only use these contents within the scope of the intended use of the website and not otherwise reproduce or distribute.

  1. You shall refrain from obstructing or overloading the technical process when using the Website or impairing the use of the Website by other users.
  2. If you want to set up a user account, you can do this by filling in the required information. As soon as the account has been checked and approved by EOS you can use it for purchasing products and services.
    The password for your account shall be kept strictly confidential and any loss or unauthorized access shall be reported immediately. You shall be liable to EOS for all uses made using your password, unless it can be proven that the password has been used without authorization by a third party through no fault of yours.
  3. During the registration process the user has the option of using Single Sign-On (SSO) by giving consent. By registering once on the portal, the user is thus able to use its registration data for other websites and portals operated by EOS without having to register again separately. We agree that hyperlinks ("links") may be made to our website, but only to the extent that (i) the inclusion of the link does not create the false impression that EOS is affiliated with - or endorsed by - any third party service or business, (ii) the link is made exclusively to the home page of the website (no "deep links"), (iii) the website is displayed in a new window and in full and is otherwise clear to the viewer that it is EOS content (no "frames"). Links that do not comply with the aforementioned requirements are expressly prohibited. Insofar as we provide a link to third-party content, this does not mean that we endorse the third-party content or make it our own.
  5. We reserve the right to change these conditions at any time by unilateral declaration with effect for the future. The changed conditions will be announced on the website. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the website at any time without prior notice or to exclude individual or all users from using it.
  6. The original content of this page was written in English. All other languages provided by EOS are only a service to simplify readability for individual users. The user has no legal entitlement to a translation. We try to provide the user with a high-quality translation, but also point out that the translations may contain errors and inaccuracies. Certain parts of the website, such as graphics or downloadable documents, are not translated. In the event of contradictions or discrepancies between the original text and the translation, the original text shall prevail, also in the event of the conclusion of a contract for an offered product on this website
